The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) is conducting antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on polyethylene retail carrier bags (“PRCBs”). We are contacting you to let you know that the USITC will be sending questionnaires to foreign producers of PRCBs on Friday, November 6, and to verify that we have the correct email address of the individual in your company who should receive the questionnaire. We would appreciate if you would reply to this email, letting us know whether we should email the questionnaire to you, or if not, the name and email address of the individual in your company we should contact.
